Horrifying! This place is clearly on the courts recommended list, because they are the only place so horrible, that they are willing to accept bottom dollar fees for services.(Definitely get what you pay for!!) Instead, go to TESSA! They are a non-profit and do the work because it's a passion....not for a quick easy dollar. I took original records in for them to review & copy, my ONLY ones. I was asked to leave them there as they didn't have time to make copies. I was ASSURED that I would get them back. THEN...when I asked why I hadn't gotten them yet, I was told, I could NOT have them back!... and the only thing I could do was to PAY for a COPY at $1+ per page. There are hundreds of pages. Not the place you want playing with your life, your family, your freedom, your finances and definitely not your mental status if you aren't crazy, they'll try and make you that way, then look at YOU like you're the unreasonable one.

Horrible service! The investigator did not even check out the facts in my case, she had her mind made up before we ever met. She accused me of being a problem because I had a past case of shop lifting against me over 15 years ago. The fact that the case was dismissed and that I was now an educated professional meant nothing to her. I was under the impression that investigators are required to look at all of the facts, and their investigator definitely did not. She only cared about what the person who accused me said. I would not recommend this provider to anyone

Davida Eisenstein was very unprofessional and I believe she did not execute due diligence in my pre plea investigation in a domestic violence case. She did NOT consider any of the written statements I prepared, including the statement I entered into their computer system during my initial appointment. She only included my statements made to her in response to her obviously pre planned questions - which were NOT specific to my case. She did not investigate an error that I had pointed out in my police record, which was noticed later by my defending attorney, and she did not investigate my statement about my accuser's previous history as a domestic violence defendant. She did not include at least 2 personal reference statements that I know of, which I knew she had received prior to her completing her report. In her final report she 'assumed' I committed further acts of violence upon reading the untruthful statement submitted by my accuser, therefore sealing my fate without any further investigation.
This company is just that - a company - one who is only concerned with their financial status. I felt the office was dirty and bland, and the computer I completed my initial report to was so old that I wonder today if anything I entered even got saved. The staff were also bland and seemed uncaring and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!! Oh, and you cannot give anyone less than one start - but I would definitely give this organization ZERO stars if I were able to!

The counselor had her mind mad up before she did my pre plea investigation. She was very unprofessional started questioning the investigation without me knowing and it was over before it began. I feel as though I wasn't given a fair chance during the investigation. Daveda Eisentein took care of the investigation and was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place for any sort of counseling if you have other options I would look else where.
