They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Ann was ok. I felt like she got hung up on something that wasn't really an issue for me. She also send some fairly sexist things (and I am a woman!) that made me uncomfortable. I went to see her in a crisis and I am glad I had someone to talk to but I am hoping to find a more experienced therapist. I think she can only help so much.
