I'm not one fond of therapy, and I hate dredging !@#$ up from the past.....I hum and ha about it. When I find my self in times of trouble or need, even if years have gone by.....I find myself back at that couch.
There are not many who, I want to talk to. My mom recently passed, she sought therapy......they put her in front of a camera..........not even a Doctor. I can say that even after years....this door is open. Your not left to struggle alone.
