I had to go through my employer’s EAP program after an incident. I thought it would be a very painful experience, but was I ever wrong. Real talk with him and not some stuffy person that’s all business.

I already miss him.

Dr. Strang listened to all my thoughts and concerns without judgments. He helped me better understand the root cause of them. Childhood Trauma/ Adverse Childhood Events are real and have a great impact in a person's adult life.
I see a few negative reviews; I feel they are due to people not liking to hear that they may be the issue and didn't want to take responsibility.
