The best therapist I have worked with dealing with trauma, PTSD and more. Dr Lavenau listens, prompts, advises, explores and helps to resolve to make me a better person. It takes patience to heal and to even know where to begin. Then to peel back the multiple layers needing to be addressed, takes a person who is not judgmental while doing things to build one up to a net positive. I don't want to reveal too much about me, but I am more stable, sane and emotionally adjusted now because of her on so many levels

I was glad that she is located in a safe neighborhood. She helped my 5 year old son deal with trauma from a bad car accident he experienced while his dad was driving the car. This was years ago. He trusted her and opened up to her. He would ask to see her when he needed to. I was grateful that my boy got his balance back. The waiting area is quiet and private. Some recent trauma has me wanting to seek her out for my 10 year old daughter!
