Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. This therapist has done absolutely nothing to help us with communication. In fact, we are barely talking now, and are worse off than we were before. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. She was totally biased, her information was scrambled, when meeting me later she was so confused she thought was a known friend?? of hers. She was clothed in rags. Her knowledge of mental health was before the 70's.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Ava Marshall performed a custody evaluation in which she twisted the facts to suit the conclusion she had decided upon. She was extremely unprofessional and even lied in the evaluation report she prepared so all the "facts" would support her conclusions.
