I have to say I was truly lucky to have found Alyssa. I had been to other counselors but it was years ago and I was worried about finding someone who could help me since I have a very complicated case. Alyssa's office is comfortable and calm and so is she. I would highly recommend seeing her as she is approachable, kind and also direct. She has helped me make real changes in my life and I am grateful which is why I thought I should write something to help others get the help I have.

I would highly recommend The Mandel Center and Alyssa Mandel. I had previously tried 3 different Therapists who never asked the right questions so I continued to suffer with anxiety and OCD. It was clear that Alyssa is highly experienced and well-trained and she quickly got to the bottom of what was truly causing my symptoms. I am grateful that I found her and wish I had met with her sooner.

I've already recommended Alyssa and would do it again. She has helped me change my life. I really love coming here and talking to this amazingly professional and compassionate counselor. I never felt like I was being judged and talked about all my problems with ease. I will absolutely return. I had an wonderful experience and I'm so happy to have found her. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when she told me about what she learned at the latest conference she attended, and how she is incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

It is clear that Alyssa is a warm, caring and highly intelligent therapist. There were times when it was hard to hear the truth of my situation and be questioned about my previously held beliefs, however this is what a good therapist is supposed to do. I would recommend anyone to get counseling here . I really felt like I could open up here. All of my questions were thoroughly answered, and I was reassured that if I had any others I was welcome to call them. I look forward to my appointments because I know I will always receive good advice and be encouraged. I always feel very cared for. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was really happy to be treated so well by the staff. Their friendliness made me feel very welcome.
