I was given the name of your establishment by my Dr.. My house is in foreclosure, and my husband left., I have until the end of June to get out. I asked per phone if there was someone I could speak to, and without a wink I was told I MUST MAKE AN APPT, then she went on to say, "We only have 2 counselors here". I was not familiar with the rules. I was once again insulted. I have worked with the public all my life, I didn't think this was appropriate behavior for someone who answers phones, and I told her so. She hung up on me, Nice huh??? She told me unless I was suicidal, there would be no one. available. How does she know I wasn't?? And if I was, what kind of treatment is that???
