I prefer a cooler office, but the temperature was fine -- not too warm, even during the summer. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients (emphasis on this part!) and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I have some kind of extra needs that require contacting another provider, or need backing up on treatment options, they went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed.
