To say this practice is completely functioning in malpractice is an understatement. From splitting my kids to refusing to send consents, disclosure statements and privacy statements to their custodial parent to saying one thing then doing another, the list of grievances goes on and on. If you wish to be privy to any information regarding your underage child’s therapy appointments, be ready for hell.
Do not send your child or family to this practice. There is absolutely no respect for custodial agreements or the parents involved.

She was court appointed to “evaluate” the children to see if the custody case was affecting them. My kids have been seeing her since August 2018 until present. She manipulates, lies and is nothing but a bully! The children don’t really get therapy through coloring a gingerbread man or coloring a thermometer! I would recommend anyone who has needs real therapy services to go anywhere but here! She oversteps her role as a “social worker” and is a terrible human being

Terrible billing practices.

My daughter started seeing Kim Rosborough in April 2019. On May 30, I asked for an invoice of all appointments to date. On May 31, I was given an invoice missing the May 30 appointment. I figured that maybe it would take a few days to get the appointment listed and submitted to insurance.

On September 15, I asked for an updated invoice, as the May 30 appointment had still not been submitted to insurance. I received no response to my email.

On October 2, I again requested an updated invoice. Again, I did not receive an invoice.

On October 10, I again requested an updated invoice. I finally got an invoice on October 17, but the invoice had numerous errors. It was missing four appointments and three payments.

On October 18, I again requested an updated invoice. As of this writing (December 16, 2019), I have not received a corrected invoice. I did get a bill in the mail (Nov 25) for two appointments (May 30 and Oct 24) for which I've already paid on the dates of those appointments (and have receipts for those payments).

At first I thought that the therapy was going to help my child. 1 session a week, sometimes 2, at 125 dollars for initial consultation, then 110 afterwards. My child has been to at least 15 sessions, and I see no change in their behavior whatsoever. I realize that therapy takes a while, especially if you aren't practicing it, or consistent. With that being said, I feel as if a lot of what the issues are aren't actually issues. They are something that is far deeper, and planted in my child's head by someone else. I do not believe it to be the therapist, but I would think the therapist may see the control that this person has over my child, and just how real it is by now. Unfortunately I am wrong. If you are a man, and you love your wife, child, whomever, I would recommend that you go somewhere else. They seem to be very female oriented there, and you are just a savage male, that doesn't understand feelings even though you keep showing up, and paying. My best friend went there with his daughter, and told me his experiences, she ended up running away and going to California to live with her grandparents for the remaining days of her youth. They empower children, which I don't believe to be a bad thing, but at the end of the day, you are still the parent, and it is your job to raise your child. If you feel like you want to go in, and get a fair shake, then you may want to reconsider before going here. I have been through therapy in my day, and let me tell you, this is not what I was expecting at all. By now, I was expecting more results as well. Baby steps isn't what I'm used to. Either you are all in, or your not, choose one, and let's buckle up and go.

Poor confidence in Kim Rosborough's ability to actually help children. She had seen my son for 2 years and nothing had changed in his needs. She is very concerned with appearances and finances. She will continue "therapy", if you will continue paying. She had prolonged his therapy so long, my son actually had declined dramatically. She is more manipulatime than a therapist should be. Not recommended for the mental health of children.
