Never uses foul language, . She is polite. She will answer simple questions over the phone. She only schedules appointments if necessary. She takes that extra step to focus and listen. I felt that she was concerned for my health.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. She works with difficult situations and families and makes decisions based on what is best for the child and is not influenced by legal or custody issues. I respect her ethical decisions and ability to put the client's needs and goals first.

Confidentiality is not a priority with this counselor. She betrayed my family and caused many heartaches. I do NOT recommend her, especially for childhood counseling!

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

I would recommend them to anyone. They helped me so much, and I have already told my friends, family, and anyone who is willing to listen! They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
