They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone. Nan is easily swayed by emotion and pays little to no attention to facts. She also appears to have very low trust in the male gender.
