No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was a little too loud with engine noise. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
