I'm not sure they genuinely cared about me and my situation. They weren't demeaning at all but of course I was paying $200/hour. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance at this office. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The icing on the cake was this, during one of my last visits D. Aurich told me that he wanted me to have a copy of his book. He asked me to read it and let me know what I thought....well, I got a bill for a book that I didn't ask for, I wonder how many people they charged for a book that he "gave" them. I can't think of anyone I would recommend to this provider.

Very relaxing atmosphere. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The office was easy enough to find. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. And Dr. Aurich is absolutely superb.
