Very compassionate and knowledgable. The provider's orientation is somewhat faith-based, which will appeal to some, but not to others.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
My original appt was at 6pm, it was changed to 615p, then I was not seen until almost 650pm. She proceeded to berade me about not calling my insurance company first and getting an approval #, and that I should read my emails more closely... really!? I have never had to do this before, and had all of my insurance info with me. She only spoke with me about why I was there until 725pm, and handed me a folder full of prayers to read! I was unaware this was religious counceling, I see nothing wrong with that, but it was not what I was looking for at all. She then told me to make my appointment for 2 weeks from now online. Why would I do that?! She charged me my full copay and will charge my insurance company in full for only speaking to me for 30 minutes, with only about 15 of those minutes regarding why I was there!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
