This place has some of the best martial arts performance weapons but they lack in customer service. I would give them 2/5 for customer service but I love their weapons so much that I give them 4/5 overall. The reason their customer service is poor is because 1, they are very difficult to get a hold of. 2, when you do speak to them, they seem like they don't really want to talk to you. 3, They don't really give an accurate estimate of when your weapons will be finished. I called 2 weeks after I placed my order to get an estimate and they told me that my weapon should be completed within the next 1-2 days. They didn't ship out the weapon for another 2 weeks after I talked to them.

In the end, I would order from them again, but next time I will know to order at least a month in advance.
