This gym used to be nice and friendly and accommodating! Today when I asked about adding another class since Ashley's 8:00 am pilates class was full, I had the nastiest conversation with Karl and the front desk. I asked how long it would take for them to analyze the overflow and to decide whether or not to add another class. I told him if there were more members, there was more revenue available to hire another instructor. He responded with comments: "You are trying to control me." "Our revenues are not your business." "You are not a good listener!" "You are not my wife..." LOL!!! I tried to have a logical conversation with him and he went all emotional. Not a customer oriented professional.
