Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.

Many things have improved at the health club, but I miss the former instructors; it can be hard to get used to a whole new staff. The lack of the pool and how long it's taken to get a new one in is frustrating, and there has been almost no information about this from the management. If we'd known back in September that it would be 3,4,5 months or more, we could have made other arrangements, or made sure we were taking other classes. But the pool is really special for us older folks, and the disadvantage of not having it is really key -- it's not just a nice to have, it's a necessity....

Incredibly overpriced. Strength training equipment is old and not maintained. Showers are filthy. Dirty locker rooms. New management doesn't care at all about it's customers, and that is why everyone is jumping ship.
