very nice facility, well maintained with a more than adequate number of cardio and strength exercise equipment. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Excellent resource for the Three Rivers community.

I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The staff is always friendly make you welcome. I almost always get the appointment time I want. It's a nice place to go workout, shoot hoops, swim, sweat it out in the sauna or just relax in the hot tub.
