absolutely horrible, call to verify covered before procedure then do not cover it, then when you call they put you on an automated line which you ask for a representative on, and they continue to take you back to repeat automated questions and same choices, over and over and will not put you through to a representative, and Online, will not give you a contact representative for claim problems. Takes your premiums and assures you that you are covered for procedures, then does not pay. NEEDS INSURANCE CO> INVESTIGATED> They have done this twice to us alone.
