Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
