DO NOT USE THEM! They were unethical and changed my plan WITHOUT telling me. ADDED $150 to my current plan which I found $100 cheaper at EVERY other insurance agency. They SKIPPED one of my bills completely and I had to call THEM. They do NOT know what they are doing. I promise you they OVERCHARGE and you will regret working with this company. Do not give them money cause it takes TWO WEEKS to get your money back even when my current claim is not expired and I paid AHEAD. They refused to refund the CARD I paid with and said I have to WAIT for a check! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
