Cancelled entire insurance policy, including business policy, as soon as a hail storm went through town, said I didn't renew even though it auto-renewed fine for the last five years. No notification. Swore over and over that he'd told me the policy was going to be completely gone.

I have recordings that say otherwise.

Dirty liar, and I can prove it.
