They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
