The hospice care staff it the absolute best, however have fun if they owe you money. I had to pay for 30 days in advance for my husband the day he was admitted. He passed away after only 18 days, almost 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the return of the excess funds (nearly $4000). Numerous phone calls have not helped. The latest excuse — the check is in the mail.

Sometimes, but not always
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
