WE MOVED IN AND STAYED ONE WEEK. THE CIGARETTE SMOKE WAS SO BAD WE HAD TO LEAVE. WE ASKED FOR A DIFFERENT APARTMENT ON A DIFFERENT FLOOR AND WERE TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY AND THAT SMOKERS WERE GRANDFATHERED IN. WE DID FIND OUT THERE WERE OTHER APARTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR NON SMOKERS. NOT A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD.
