This is a retirement community not a doctor's office....the above review makes no sense.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
