They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
