While most of the staff are friendly and well meaning, however, the manager and visiting doctor avoid family meetings. My 52-year-old brother died at this facility due to their negligence and the fact that they do not have a simple food suction device for residents with dysphagia (swallowing issues). Staff are also not properly trained at CPR administration as he was given CPR when a hot dog was stuck in his throat. I would not take my dog to this facility; although, the manager would probably treat a dog better. They took my brother's money but never truly cared for his needs. Who gives a person with dysphagia a whole hot dog to eat? We also asked for feeding assistance which he never received. Find another place and monitor anyone put into an assisted living or nursing home daily!

It was so nice to arrive and see many caring staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and the care was excellent. Every resident there looked fantastic. I could tell the staff takes an extra amount of time grooming and dressing the residents, which I think is fantastic. It really helps the residents to be able to take pride in their appearance. All in all, it was a tremendous experience and I would recommend it to anyone that values care above everything else.
