They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were ready to see me as soon as I showed up for my appointment. I wasn't kept waiting, which was nice. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. This was the most welcoming acupuncturist I've ever visited. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I credit this doctor with saving my life. He found that I had cancer and he never said anything but you must have an MRI today. I could not recommend any doctor higher than I recommend Dr. Chen- Cheng- Jen.
