This place is lovely: clean, quick to be seen, kind and caring staff however don't be sucked in: it's all a medical scan. I have been there three times for ER visits for myself, my mother and my niece. Post visit we've each been billed for the ER visit AND "consults" with "specialists". Now, I've visited the ER myself over 20 times (various hospitals) because I have many medical issues. I've had 5 different insurance plans/companies due to different employee plans and never once...not once, have I ever been build for a "consult" in an ER!!! Normally, one pays their ER co-pay and doesn't have to worry about a bill. My mother and sister are having the same exact issue! The kicker??? The billing departments for the ER and the specialists allegedly cannot communicate with each other and cannot access files from the other departments. When asked who I should call to handle the issues both billing departments replied, "i don't know". My sister and mother have received the same reply. Needless to say, none of us will EVER visit this ER again and have spread our stories to all our friends, colleagues and family members and guess what? We're hearing the same thing from other! So, take the time to drive to the ERs that know how to bill patients correctly and aren't running a scam on sick people. This disgusts me.

Misdiagnosed twice and hit with insane bills. Friends complain of the same thing. ER waiting room takes a ridiculously long time
