I have interned at 2 separate vet clinics before, and have never seen clients treated as poorly as I saw here when signing in at the desk. The ladies behind the desk were not welcoming, and one in particular was under the impression that she knew everything about you and your pet, even before you could get a question out of your mouth. I do not appreciate my questions being interrupted before I am done asking. They are very hard to get ahold of via phone, and there is only one line. So if you call at the same time as someone else, you can not hold or leave a message. You simply have to keep trying back. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, NOT pleased.
