They were very attentive and caring toward my dog. They are extremely compassionate and understanding regarding an owners anxiety of leaving their pet overnight. They answered all my many questions and were very patient with me and the staff was very friendly and informative. Fort Branch is now my FOREVER vet! I am 100% loyal to them and I appreciate their many years of experience! They are very detailed and take no chances with your beloved pets! The overnight kennel facility is tops and they took excellent care of my Roxie!

The vets and staff are amazing. On weekends they call and let me know how my dogs are doing. WHen I had to put my dog asleep they sent me a card which was very touching. The only down fall is the long waits but I will wait for them cause they are so much cheaper then any other place around and give great care to my animals

Fort Branch vets are qualified, supportive, and caring. The office staff is usually overwhelmed and not as friendly. They make you sign up and wait - even if you are only there to buy heartworm or flea meds. Their waits can be extremely long. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. (1/2 hour before they opened) and there were already 10 cars waiting. I didn't see a vet until 10:00 a.m. I have had longer waits -- in the car on a boiling hot day with my dog. They have a tiny waiting room that cannot house all the people waiting. They are popular because their prices are low and the vets are excellent.
