They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
