Have you heard the story about " A guy falls into a hole. There’s no way out.....Then a friend walks by. The guy yells, "It’s me can you help me outta here." Then the friend jumps into the hole with him. The guy says "what did you do that for now we’re both stuck in here."
"Yes" the friend said, "but I’ve been here before and I know the way out"
Last week I learned my dog was ill...life threatening and both he and I fell into that hole. Dr, Larry and his team jumped down with us. Their care, compassion and commitment got us out. I hold them in the highest regard and recommend with out reservation.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
