The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, there weren't many to choose from
