I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Pike for years and have had excellent care. He has gone above and beyond to find out what is going on with them when they have presented with unusual health issues. He was able to figure out through thorough testing that my one dog had lupus. He was able to let me know how to care for the dog going forward and the results have been wonderful. I recommended him to a local dog walker when one of her clients had a sick dog that none of their vets had been able to help. Dr Pike figured it out and the dog is doing amazingly.

We are clients of Aqueduct Animal Hospital, A Rustic Clean Facility, Professional and Courteous Staff . Dr. Pike and Dr. Allen have both Treated My 5 Dogs with Compassion and Concern.
They have addressed every concern and issue, answered my many questions . I have never felt rushed, or waited an unreasonable amount of time. I am a Professional Dog Groomer of 25 years I would Not Hesitate and Have Recommended This Practice To My Clients .

Brought my 6 year old yorkiepoo in for a dental cleaning and she died under anesthesia. The vet said he did everything according to protocol but I still believe there was human error somewhere and they didn't want to fess up to it. Also the front desk staff was rude on my initial visits and did not seem to care about my pet at all, so I am sure they don't care for any of the pets.

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

No, I was really surprised by how gross they were

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
