Dr Pearson is a wonderful physician (Vet). We have had more than 8 - 9 dogs that have her as their provider. I love the way she takes care of our babies. We have had so many and each and every one has been taken care of by her. She treats them everyone as if they were her own. Each one that we have lost to old age she has been so gentle and loving. If you are looking for a caring Vet This is a terrific one to have. She is so Great with all the animals I have seen here with.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and have made numerous visits to the vets over the pass several years., I have been provided excellent customer service . I was able to get an appointment same day or within the next day or two. The vets there seem to really care about the pets . The staff always answer my questions and put me at ease when I'm worried about my pets health. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good vet. The receptionist, vet techs and the doctors are all caring people. They send reminders when my pets shots are due, call with appointment reminders and always seem pleasant . I would like to thank you for all you do.

They were unable to help me with an acutely ill (terminally ill) pet, but they provided me with the name and phone number of a larger, nearby animal clinic with more veterinary staff who were able to help. One of the signs of a responsible business is referring customers elsewhere when you are (temporarily or otherwise) unable to meet their needs.

When I adopted a pet from the Humane Society, but was anxious that he wasn't acting well, they gave me an appointment within two hours, and treated my concerns seriously. Their fees are reasonable, and they informed me of fees for recommended services before performing the services. I wouldn't have chosen not to do the tests due to costs, but it certainly reduced my anxiety to have that information ahead of time.
They took great care of my new pet (who was acting 'normal' within 24 hours), and didn't belittle my concerns, or do any unnecessary tests. The front desk staff were friendly, recognized my anxiety and chatted with me when they were doing 'idle' tasks, like filing and data entry.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
