I brought my bird in as an emergency. The circulation was being cut off of his leg. He was suffering and in pain. The vet was still there but wouldn't see him. They told me she was going to be leaving soon to go off on an hour and a half lunch. They also told me that the bird would have to be sedated. They didn't even look at him or try to handle him. I took him elsewhere, and they removed the band in a matter of minutes without sedation. We are still hoping he won't lose his leg after losing precious amounts of time while I had to call to find another vet and then drive to another clinic. Thanks for the great service! I won't be back! It is nice to know that your lunch is more important than the care of animals.
