My family has been going to Dr. Ayer for over 20 years, since before I was born. I've never met a better vet or a more compassionate one. I know my pet is in great hands with her and staff.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
