The office was easy enough to find. I would be ushered into an examining room in a timely manner in most cases. However, that is when the wait for the Vet began...sometimes as long as 20 minutes. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers. I definitely have doubts about the qualifications of one Vet and after several appt's about one illness and the Vet appearing to be more and more "confused", and being charged full price for a "recheck" when I felt it should have been no charge, I changed Clinics. Now my dog is on the mend.
