Dr. Samson has been caring for my dogs for over 25 years from routine check-ups through life threatening illnesses. Would not have stuck with him all these years if I did not have confidence in and trust his abilities as a vet. Dr. S is very compassionate about the wellbeing of his patients and takes the time to explain and discuss with me what is happening health wise with them.

I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They seem to have a gift with animals here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their prices were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off, but the staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
