They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They also provided services for my pet below cost as finances were an issue to me. Wonderful doctors...very good people!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was uncomfortable because the equipment they used seemed pretty outdated and old. It got me a little worried that my pet wasn't getting top of the line care. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. There is never food or water available for my pet at their office and they almost seem annoyed if I ask them to get some.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
