They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Practically Impossible

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
