DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!Very unprofessional and rude. I was given an appointment only to go there and found, the clinic was closed at that time, no body even apologized. 2) Next incident; my dog had an ear infection, he only looked my dog ears with otoscope, never did any culture for my dog to know which bacteria he was treating, just gave steroids, it didn't work and I had to take him back for the second time, he just repeated the same treatment. I had to change the clinic, went somewhere else, where they did culture and treated the ear infection now my dog is happy. Poor Pet! he was given steroid he never needed. 3). Third incident; My insurance needed Vet. Health report for my dog for the last five years, to get it was like pulling a teeth. He told me he will email it to me which never happens, when I called he stated , No I said next week , it went on and on for a whole month , finally my insurance couldn't approve my claim, because of him denying me my pet's report. Finally he told me he had no idea what the insurance wanted, he rudely told me to send them the invoices. I had to bring him a copy of what Vet health report looks like, He took a photo of it and made a similar template. to add Salt into injury, on the report he stated that my dog had dermatitis he had treated it with Benadryl which is a big lie. My dog had never gotten Benadryl!!! I can't recommend anyone to take their pet to this clinic.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love taking my pet here. I feel confident in their care and my pet really seems to like them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
