Nothing was accomplished during my pet's appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the veterinarian and how things went. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. The staff here is super rude and not welcoming at all. They would rather talk amongst themselves than to any clients! That appointment was a complete waste of time!

I've known Dr Rose since before she opened the clinic and Dr Carlson since she joined the clinic. I honestly believe they are very good doctors and that they truly care about their patients and clients. My dog absolutely loves the whole staff and simply can't wait to get inside when we go to the clinic. - They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. It's such a great place with quick appointment. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.

They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
