They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. I needed my blood pressure meds because I was out. My doctor was on vacation and they just shrugged it off like I would have to wait to get my meds. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
