Rollo always went happily into the office. This speaks volumes, because it means that everyone there cared about him. In spite of the fact that he was once quite ill, and often had uncomfortable procedures there was no reluctance to go in. They are all greatly appreciated!

Mountain Valley is a family owned and run animal hospital. They are very caring, compassionate people who share a love for our "four legged kids." We have been to a couple other vets in the Asheville area and while they were good - at Mountain Valley you feel like family because they treat your pets as if they were a part of their family. We have been going to Mountain Valley for several years now and though we moved out of the area, we drive the extra distance because of the excellent care our "kids" receive.

My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. My pet is so spoiled every time we come here. There is always food and water available and the occasional random toy to play with as well. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Has this veterinarian ever misdiagnosed your pet?
No, I have complete faith in their care.
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
