Not like any other... At first I was pleased and comforted that my dog would receive the best care possible AND that they offered a payment plan I could afford. Next thing I know they offer the program but do not mark your file or make further contact with you on the process. Then when you bring $250 down payment they give you attitude because you cannot pay in full but do not understand why you might give it back when you are treated poorly. Long story short my dog had surgery and I had to find another vet to finish the job of taking out stitches and THEY STILL GET THE MONEY. If you cannot pay in full you better take the initiative to figure it out yourself or you may get blindsided as I did. I would click NO STAR but you have to select at least one.

Thanks for the draft, but I don't need a canned review when I want to say what a wonderful place in my own words. After being told several times there was nothing wrong with my dog my vet told me to go ahead have a scan just to feel comfortable with his diagnosis(and probably get rid of me from complaining). WELL............................my dog had a bone in his stomach and could not go to the bathroom. If you love your dog and pay attention, you know when there is something wrong. The staff was caring and although I didn't want to be separated even over night I knew he was finally at the right place and would get the help he needed. Thank you so much for taking care of my precious baby and you now have a new client.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition?
Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.
