The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary.

No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave
